Proper Names: Current Positions in Philosophy of Language and Linguistics

Announcement and call for papers

The Argentinean Society of Philosophical Analysis (SADAF) invites researchers and scholars in Philosophy of Language, Linguistics and Philosophy of Mind to submit a paper for the workshop on Proper Names to be held in Buenos Aires in September 12-14, 2016.

Invited speakers:

  • Eduardo García-Ramírez (Instituto de Investigaciones Filosóficas – UNAM)
  • Stefano Predelli (University of Nottingham)
  • Marco Ruffino (Universidade Estadual de Campinas)

Submissions should include two files, to be sent to the following address: icsoworkshop@gmail.com

  1. one containing a title and a 750-word abstract of the paper for assessment
  2. the other containing title of the paper, author’s name, her/his institutional affiliation and her/his e-mail.

Submissions will be blind refereed by a scientific committee.

Deadline for reception of submissions: August 20, 2016

Communication of acceptance/rejection: August 25, 2016
